SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship to all locations across New Zealand, including rural addresses. Your Beachbums gear will find you wherever you are!
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Urban areas: 2-4 business days
- Rural areas: 3-6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
- FREE shipping on all orders over $160 NZD
- Orders under $160 NZD: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your package every step of the way to your door.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@beachbums.co.nz with your order number and we'll help track down your package.
