Ordering & Payment
Is payment safe on your website?
Yes, absolutely! We use secure payment gateways like Shopify Payments, Afterpay, Apple Pay and PayPal. Your information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all NZ orders over $160. Orders under $160 have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes:
- 2–4 business days (Urban areas)
- 3–6 business days (Rural areas)
Do you ship anywhere in New Zealand?
Yes! We ship NZ-wide, including rural addresses. Your Beachbums gear will find you wherever you are!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow it every step of the way to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within New Zealand, but we're working on international shipping. Stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We'll process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange if you prefer.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at hello@beachbums.co.nz with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Check our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're so sorry if that happens! Contact us immediately at hello@beachbums.co.nz with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

What are your products made from?
Our towels and ponchos are made from premium Turkish cotton - super soft, highly absorbent, quick-drying, and sand-resistant. Perfect for the Kiwi beach lifestyle!
How do I care for my Beachbums products?
