We want you to love your Beachbums purchase! Here's everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days across New Zealand.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow your Beachbums gear all the way to your door.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and in new, unused condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@beachbums.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to help! Email us at hello@beachbums.co.nz and we'll arrange an exchange for you (subject to availability).

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@beachbums.co.nz with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
